We are looking for a motivated intern to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.Job Description:We are seeking a driven Food Technology Intern to join our team at our factory. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in food technology, research and development (R&D), quality control, and vendor management. The intern will work closely with our factory manager to support various operational tasks and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:- Research and Development (R&D): Assist in the development and testing of new products and processes.- Quality Control: Perform quality control checks at each stage of the production process to ensure compliance with industry standards.- Vendor Management: Support vendor management activities, including communication and coordination to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.- Operational Support: Shadow the factory manager and assist in daily operational tasks, filling in gaps and ensuring smooth workflow.- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of processes, findings, and improvements.Requirements:- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.- Basic understanding of food technology principles and R&D processes.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.- Previous experience in quality control and vendor management is a plus.Benefits:- Hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.- Opportunity to work on real projects with significant impact.- Flexible work schedule to accommodate academic commitments.- Potential for future employment based on performance.
