What you will do: Be the growth engine for Retail, actively prospecting and identifying high-value potential clients. You will be responsible of the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales whilst growing existing Retail ng strategic accounts and relationships across the Pipeline development through customer visits, campaigns, collaboration with other Oracle LOBs and Partners. Build and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure coverage within the designated with Customers to position Oracle Retail solutions through strategic value-based selling, case definition, return on investment analysis, references and analyst te weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting to the senior then client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face long term strong relationship in the market with key stakeholders. What you will bring: Minimum of 5 - 7 plus years of full cycle software selling experience in a new business development role (experience selling applications to retail industry is a big plus). Arabic speaking and fluent in EnglishA proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsElite communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsTenacious spirit and a results-oriented mindset.
