The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing aesthetically pleasing and highly functional web interfaces that meet the unique needs of our business-to-business clients. You will collaborate with our marketing, product, and development teams to create websites and web applications that are both user-friendly and aligned with our business objectives.Responsibilities:Design visually appealing and user-centric web pages and interfaces.Collaborate with the product team to understand user needs and business goals to deliver design solutions.Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas.Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.Maintain brand consistency throughout the design.Provide design guidance and feedback to UI/UX designers.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.Requirements:7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and proficiency in various design styles.Proven work experience as a Web Designer.Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator/Figma, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies.BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field preferred.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Collaborative work environment with supportive team members.
