May provide ad hoc supports to HR/Admin occasionally.Primary Job Responsibilities:1. Primary responsibilities include processing customer orders within our in-house ERP system.2. Customer communications will include updates order status, shipment scheduling, RMA, shippers and reports for internal and external customers.3. Assist sales to request RFQ or Ship & Debit.4. Working with channel partners to review inventories and KPls.Other Job Duties: Be the contact window for Admin. and HR to support some basic office management duties by requests.Qualifications:1. BA degree.2. MS Office (advance level).3. Team player with can-do attitude.4. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver results while managing multiple projects and operational tasks.5. Fluent in English.6. Experience working with CRM systems.7. Cordial and professional communication skills through email and phone.8.
