Job Title: Human Resource DirectorLocation: Dehradun, Pune, IndiaDepartment: Human ResourcesReports To: Managing Director, Human ResourcesJob Type: Full-TimeJob OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and dynamic Human Resource Director to lead our HR department. The HR Director will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organisation, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organisation and performance management, training and development, and compensation. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a deep understanding of HR practices and a strong commitment to fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Provide strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team.Talent Management:Oversee talent acquisition and ensure the organisation attracts and retains high-quality talent.Develop and manage succession planning programs to ensure leadership continuity.Implement talent management processes to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees.Organisational Development:Design and implement organisational development programs to improve organisational effectiveness.Lead change management initiatives to support the company's growth and transformation.Performance Management:Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.Guide the performance review process and ensure alignment with organisational goals.Training and Development:Identify training needs and create development programs to build employee skills and competencies.Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.Compensation and Benefits:Oversee the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs.Conduct regular bench marking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.Employee Relations:Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Address employee concerns and conflicts promptly and effectively.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.HR Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Manage risk by developing and enforcing policies and procedures.HR Metrics and Reporting:Develop HR metrics and dashboards to provide insights into HR performance.Prepare and present reports to senior management on HR-related metrics and initiatives.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.Experience:Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives.Skills:Strong knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Deep understanding of employment law and HR compliance requirements.Personal AttributesVisionary and strategic thinker.High level of integrity and ethical standards.Strong organisational and time management skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Collaborative and able to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.BenefitsComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement savings plan with company match.Generous paid time off and holidays.Professional development and leadership training opportunities.Rialtes is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
