This pivotal role requires adept leadership, technical acumen, and a deep understanding of data science methodologies to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, data engineers, architects, front-end and back-end developers, and project managers to deliver exceptional data science solutions tailored to client needs.Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.Establish and refine project management processes and best practices to optimize efficiency and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.Own the P&L for the delivery teamResponsible for revenue growth of existing customer accountsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.Provide strategic direction and cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team.Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project performance metrics, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and contribute to proposal development.Partner with the executive committee to execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth and uphold our industry leadership.Lead the expansion of the delivery team by attracting top talent and overseeing comprehensive training programs.Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering bespoke data science solutions that drive tangible business outcomes.Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation to drive operational efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in delivering data science projects and Generative AI, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Deep understanding of data science methodologies, machine learning algorithms, and statistical techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
