And whoever we're with, whatever we're doing, we always make it real.To know more, please visit : https://www.ofi.com/Key Responsibilities:Organize farmer programs, to achieve the required volumes as per AOP, meeting quality standards focusing on Export markets.Meeting UN Sustainability development goalsOrganize farm Certification programs.Organize Crop surveys.Work closely with Commercial teams to procure the targeted quantities.Build customer partnership programs on sustainability.Conduct Community developmental activities.Stake Holder management to drive the teams to achieve the desired results.Organize customer visits and handle farm audits.Conduct field trials to improve the Package of Practices (PoPs) on a regular basis.Promote the use of Digital tools at farm gate to capture live data.Establish partnership programs with Input players/Universities/ FPOs (Farmer Producer Organizations).Experience, Qualification and Skills :Graduate/ Post-Graduate in Agricultural Sciences, MBA in Agri Business from reputed Institute is preferred.Experience in organizing Farmer programs with a focus on Regenerative Agricultural practices.
