We are partnering with a top MNC FMCG company' to identify candidates for Marketing Manager/Sr Marketing ManagerLocation: Mumbai CTC: 30-40 L (inclusive of VP)You may wish to follow us for other exciting opportunities Job Purpose:This role is responsible for developing & executing the strategic road map for the brand/s in the medium and long term on the pillars of appeal, affordability, experience, and availability. You will independently drive top line growth, market share, profitability & brand health through developing and executing the commercial levers in line with strategic road map. This is a high impact role where you will influence various cross functional teams across supply chain, sales, manufacturing and other internal / external stakeholders towards executing your plans. The role also gives you an exposure to Kellogg's fundamental brand building & sales principles which are used globally across all our categories. The role reports to the Category Head & is based out of Mumbai (Our Head - office). Role holder will be expected to travel to key markets in India at a pre-aligned frequency.What You'll Be Doing You will step into a diverse 360 role owning portfolio strategy, marketing mix development and devising 'Go to market' strategy for your business. With a strong passion for brands, customer, people, and drive for results, this role will work collaboratively with members of the marketing team and wider business on key strategic areas 1. Leading the brand growth over a short & long term horizon 2. Execute the business strategy through the year to deliver the targeted revenue & profit 3. Develop the annual brand activity calendar basis the aligned strategy 4. Lead the work on pricing, packaging & proposition for your respective brand/s 5. Brand budget tracking & management 6. Interfacing with internal & external stakeholders across supply chain, sales, manufacturing & finance to execute plans Your Skillsets/QualificationsSpecifically related to this position, you would be expected to have: • MBA/ PGDM in Sales/Marketing from reputed institutions• 4-7 years of experience in sales or marketing in FMCG Domain • Ability to build collaborative relationships and engage key stakeholders through integrity and trust. • Creativity and resourcefulness to develop ideas & influence multiple stakeholders • It is pivotal you are a strong communicator with exceptional stakeholder management skills and can build relationships cross functionally, building engagement and influencing across the business. This coupled with well-developed project management and problem-solving skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, a resilient nature and the ability to think quickly and on your feet and adapt well to change, will set you up for success in this role.
