This role involves contributing to the development of our app and web platforms which facilitate experiences, like events, workshops, discoveries, listings, and sales, as well as real estate property discoveries, listings, and sales, while also exploring innovative real estate investment solutions. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of UX principles, product data analysis, and the technological aspects of app and web development life cycles.What You Will Be Doing:Assist in the development and refinement of product features from inception through to launch.Contribute to the ideation and validation of new features with a focus on enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.Support ongoing analysis of user feedback and behaviour to drive improvements in the product experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing to ensure a seamless and effective execution of product strategies.Help manage the prioritisation of product backlogs and development milestones.Participate in the QA and testing phases to ensure the final product adheres to the company's quality standards.Assist in researching and analysing market trends to identify new opportunities for innovation in real estate investments.What You Bring To The Table:Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Product Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.Basic understanding of UX design principles and their impact on product development.Familiarity with product data analysis, and using insights to influence product decisions.Exposure to the app and web development processes, including understanding of Agile methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Enthusiastic about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems.What Really Wows Us In depth understanding of product management and customer behavioursCreative approach to solve real-time problems instead of relying on a process that was laid out a while backEntrepreneurial DNA and a high-ownership approach towards challenges What We Offer:The opportunity to work with a groundbreaking company that is transforming the real estate market in India.Exposure to all stages of the app and web development life cycle.Mentorship from seasoned professionals in product management, UX design, and web/app development.A dynamic, innovative, and supportive work environment.
