Preparation and filing of accountant's report in Form 3CEB stating the cross-border transactions. Conducting benchmarking studies using Indian / foreign databases. Drafting of submissions, appeals, etc. to be filed with the respective tax authorities. Assisting in representing seniors / counselling clients before the ITAT & HC. Representing clients before the tax authorities and appellate bodies. Assisting in compliance and advisory arising from BEPS initiative. Research and analysis of the transfer pricing technical points from the litigation standpoint. Effective project management, client management and time management. Preparation of presentations for knowledge building, training programs and eminence building activities. Knowledge sharing and imparting training to team members and team building exercises. PRB
