Microsoft Specialist

A valued client of Datacentrix is seeking a Microsoft Specialist to join their Enterprise IT Infrastructure & Operations department based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 - 8 years' relevant ICT experience within the Microsoft environment and will report to the Head of Enterprise IT Infrastructure & Operations. (This is a 6-month fixed-term contract & is based full-time in office)Qualifications & Skills Required:NQF Level 6 in ICT or Electronic Engineering plus MCSE (Minimum)NQF Level 7 in ICT or Electronic Engineering plus MCSE (Ideal)5 - 8 years' relevant ICT experience within the Microsoft environmentsBack-up and server operationsMicrosoft applications, products and servicesProject managementICT change managementService managementLicensing RequirementsResponsibilities:To support the Head of Enterprise Infrastructure & Operations and team in implementation of policies, procedures and plans by maintaining and developing the Microsoft environment.To ensure excellent customer service and alignment with the objectives of the ICT Department and Chief Information Officer.
