ANSR is today one of the largest drivers of FDI into India with over $1.5B of capital investments.What you will be responsible for ?Assist the product management team in the development and execution of product strategies.Support the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction.Coordinate with Sales & Business teams on new product feature rollouts and establish channels for collecting product feedback and translate user needs into requirements and document the same.Collate feedback to create backlogs and participate in backlog refinement and prioritization with the product manager.Understand the bigger picture and overall product strategy- Develop a deep understanding of customers and their workflows.Planning and executing the Product Roadmap for the specific product owned by you in consultation with key internal and external stakeholdersWork closely with the Engineering and UX teams to ensure predictable, efficient and effective delivery of features that drive company objectives measurablyWhat are we looking for ?2-4 years of experience with a product company, B2B SaaS is preferredAlready working as Product Manager / Business Analyst.Proven problem solving skills in a dynamic environment.Good communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Prior experience of working on PM tools like JIRA and Confluence.Computer Engineering / Software Development background is a plusWHY WORK AT TALENT500 ?Build the future of work: We're working on a problem every business leader understands deeply.
