The candidate will require to possess strong technical, functional and collaborative skills to be successful in a multi-stakeholder environment.Job Description:Key SKILLS and RESPONSIBILITIES:Experience data analysis techniques, including data profiling; Basic knowledge with the Data Quality concepts of data cleansing, validation, and enrichmentBasic knowledge of MDM concepts, principles and practices, preferably in PIM (Product Information management) solutionsGood knowledge of data governance concepts and how workflows are used within MDM tools for data updates, ensuring quality and integrityAlign master data management processes with business requirements and objectives to support organizational goalsConduct quality assurance reviews of master data processes, systems, and configurations to ensure adherence to standards and best practicesUnderstanding of Critical Data Elements and it's importance in Master Data ManagementAbility to comprehend data models as it relates to master data entitiesGood Analytical skills along with proficiency in SQL and working with data in ExcelUnderstanding of integrating master data from various sources and systems to create a single master data view, idea on persistence and survivorship rules for Critical Data ElementsExperience of working as an Analyst in at least 2 MDM projects; Familiarity with MDM toolsUnderstanding of business processes, requirements, and objectives to effectively translate them into data management solutionsStrong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, present findings, and make recommendationsAbility to lead and coach junior analyst(s) in the teamEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :Four-year degree in Information Systems, Finance/Mathematics, Computer Science or similar6 - 8 years of total IT experience as Data Analyst / Business Analyst3-4 years of Master Data Management Analyst experience2 MDM project experienceGOOD TO HAVE SKILLS:Experience of working in EBX is a plusAdvanced SQL experience and / OR Snowflake would be a plusExperience in implementing PIM solutions is highly desiredExperience in the hospitality industry is a plus
