We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to growth in the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, SaaS, and the high-tech industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the end-to-end sales lifecycle, and a proven track record of success in closing deals.Key Responsibilities:* Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the ANZ market* Maintain a pipeline full of sales opportunities and manage relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels* Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to create and refine sales materials and presentations* Coach lead generation teams to identify and engage potential prospects through email, social media, and cold calls* Conduct needs analysis and determine prospects' pain points to effectively position ValueLabs' solutions* Understand the competitive landscape and market trends, and communicate the company's value proposition, technology, processes, and partnerships* Reach out to prospects through cold emails, messages, and calls to generate awareness and interest in ValueLabs and its services* Profile and qualify companies based on industry, geography, revenue, employee strength, and vertical* Leverage market research tools such as , TechCrunch, and Bloomberg to gather valuable insights on potential clientsRequirements:* MBA from a premier B-School* 3+ years of experience leading an inside sales organization in a high-growth company* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams for both technical and non-technical audiences* Solid knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end sales lifecycle* Willingness to start early to overlap ANZ timings* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com* Prior experience in B2B, SaaS, and the high-tech industry* Preferred experience in the ANZ market or working with ANZ clients.Qualification-Must have an MBA from Top B school .Join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth and success in the ANZ market.
