We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team and manage all human resources functions within the school.Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, address employee concerns, and mediate conflicts to ensure a harmonious workplace.- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, providing guidance and support to staff to achieve their professional goals.- Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize professional development programs, and ensure continuous learning opportunities for staff.- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all labor laws and school policies, maintaining up-to-date employee records and documentation.- Compensation and Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compensation strategies to ensure competitive and fair employee remuneration.- Policy Development: Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with school objectives and legal requirements.- HR Strategy: Work with school leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support the school's mission and goals.- Employee Engagement: Organize staff events, team-building activities, and initiatives to boost morale and engagement.- Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by overseeing health and safety protocols and compliance.Qualifications and Skills:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
