So don't wait any longer, join our vision.Details About opportunityPeople in the Sales team track grow pipeline and sales by supporting, managing or leading the origination and/or closing of sales opportunities in a specific area or across a range of the VR Superstore offerings. They progress by deepening sales skills and/or developing new related skills, growing into a more complex sales role, laterally, upward, or in their current role.The Business & Inventory Analyst is focused on Systems/Data/Processes to improve Inventory Accuracy and maximize cost shipments and retail sales. Provides sound data analysis and insights influencing optimal outcomes. Troubleshoot inventory related issues, both financial and unit, and work with both supply chains to address issues identified. Validate Supply Chain forecasting for financial and unit integrity, in conjunction with management perspective based on history, sales trend analysis, and future promotional & assortment changes.What You Will DoManage POS Tracking:Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date POS tracking.Provide insights into business trends and opportunities.Set up reporting for endcap special programs, new items, andpromotional recaps.Corporate Strategies and Client Service:Apply corporate strategies, client service group priorities, and formal supply chain campaign management processes.Secure new pipelines and deliver sales that meet or exceed financial goals within acceptable risk parameters.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Review & Recommendations:Conduct weekly status calls with internal logistics and supply chains.Monitor inventory out-of-stocks, review cuts, and secure build orders.Monthly Forecasting for Internal Planning:Analyze past and current trends, along with future promotions and business shifts.Work with the planning team to manage production and inventory flow into Conair warehouses.Cost Shipments:Forecast weekly and monthly cost shipments.Maintain weekly cost shipment calls and track monthly progress against last year (LY) and the current year plan.Managing New Items & Inventory on Deleted Items:Provide collaborative forecasts to management.Promotional Forecast:Manage buy quantity, lift, incrementality, and markdown analysis.Maintain the promotional calendar and understand year-over-year (YOY) shifts and their effects on sales trends.Line Review Preparation:Assist in ensuring data integrity for presentations.Education and ExperienceDegree: MBA/BE/B.com/BBA degree with 2-3 years of experience in business processes and systems or equivalent work experience, specializing in analytics and problem-solving.Preferred Experience:Extensive experience in customer service or sales promotion at retail.Extensive background in consumer electronics and the retail environment.Additional Skills:Vendor Central experience is a plus.Expertise in Excel and Pivot Tables.Ability to blend business knowledge and data to influence business partners.Proven ability to multitask and prioritize projects to meet aggressive deadlines.Resilience and adaptability in facing challenges.High initiative with the ability to work independently.Skills and RequirementsStrong interest in technology and the ability to quickly learn new products and features.Self-starter with a strong commitment to driving results.Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and outgoing personality comfortable in a competitive environment.Proficient sales negotiation skills.Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Organized and detail oriented.Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.Language: Fluent in English (other languages a plus)More About the OpportunityThis role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong sales background, focusing on closing sales with experienced, senior profiles at the top of the sales hierarchy.
