Key Result Areas (KRAs) for Application Head:1. Application Expertise:   - Proficiency in application processes for various study abroad universities.   - In-depth knowledge of document requirements and submission procedures for univerisities in US, UK, Australia, Canada, and other non-partner universities.2. Rapport Formation:   - Ability to establish strong rapport with students to understand their academic backgrounds and aspirations.3. Essay Writing and SOP:   - Skill in guiding students through crafting compelling essays and Statements of Purpose (SOPs) tailored to university requirements.4. CV Formation:   - Expertise in assisting students with resume building, highlighting their academic achievements and extracurricular activities.5. Customized Profile Creation:   - Capability to tailor student profiles according to the specific requirements of target universities.6. Visa Application Assistance:   - Proficiency in guiding students through the visa application process, including documentation and interview preparation.7. Accommodation Booking:   - Ability to assist students in securing suitable accommodation options near their chosen universities.8. Scholarship Processes:   - Skill in supporting students with scholarship applications, including essay writing and documentation.9. Documentation Management:   - Ensuring accuracy and completeness of all application-related documentation.10. University List Formation:    - Researching and compiling a comprehensive list of universities based on students' preferences and academic profiles.Good knowledge about the universities in different locations, and for different streams Required Skills and Experience:- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in study abroad applications for non-partner universities. - Good knowledge of study abroad universities, and their details with strong research skills to stay updated with university requirements and scholarship opportunities.- Patience and empathy in assisting students through the application journey.- Leadership qualities to mentor and guide junior counsellors effectively.We Offer:- A collaborative and supportive work environment- Opportunities to lead and innovate within the education sector- Competitive compensation and benefitsP.s - This is a 6-day work-a-week opportunity with weekly off on Mondays.Interested?
