Benchmarking the same againstcompetitors.Implementation:Crafting the communication by writing compelling copies and briefing the designer to bringthem to life.Deploying the marketing strategy across platforms, testing and reporting thesame.Deployment to happen on platform in the form of Banners, PDPs, A+ content, Videos,CRM and off platform with Influencer marketing and media promotions.Project & Team ManagementLeading all the marketing projects while managing a team of 4-5 while assigning themprojects, guiding them with blueprints and ensuring timely completionDriving Influencer marketing campaigns:Responsible for creating the Influencermarketing content Strategy with go live strategy and its implementation while aligning thesame with brand marketing strategy, key products and mapping the campaign performance.Analyzing the campaign to improve. Exploring and testing new ways to scale, identifyingearly trends to experiment, improve performance & drive efficiency.Social Media Management:Manage and grow our social media presence acrossplatforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Tracking performance for eachcampaign on a monthly basis. Scripting new content creation with Inhouse influencersBrand & Product Design with Packaging contentDesigning clutter breaking designs with designers while marrying them with compellingproduct packaging copy.Creating captivating visuals for the offline world : point of sale,instore branding, kiosks, signage and banner creativesConsumer studies and InsightsLead and drive the team to conduct weekly consumer calls and sessions and find ways toconsumer experience with the sameIdeal Candidate:We are Looking for an enthusiastic go getter and results-driven individual who possesses adeep understanding of the beauty industry.He/ She will be the captain for a team ofdesigners & execs and hence needs to know to work within a team while leading thesame.Ablility to craft creative campaigns & have a sense of design and copywriting is amust.
