Information Technology Program Manager

Integrity, experience, honesty, people, humanity, and passion for excellence are some other adjectives that define this global technology leader.Qualifications:3+ years' experience in supporting complex projects and programs.Advanced knowledge of SDLC and Agile practicesExcellent analytical, verbal, and written communication and documentation skills required with a demonstrated attention to detail.Must be willing and able to work independently in a dynamic corporate organization under pressure of tight deadlines and aggressive expectations.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and other applications in the Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to use analytical thinking with sound judgement and decision-making skills.Ability to effectively communicate complex materials and concepts in a non-technical manner.Is self-driven, energetic, great team player, responsive and accountable.A degree in Computer Science or any related field with Project management skillsResponsibilities:Solid understanding of project and program management techniques, methodologies, and best practices.Must be able to work effectively in a team environment as facilitator and team member.Work with Engineering, Build, and QA teams to coordinate releases as per the defined milestones.Conduct release readiness reviewsCommunicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes.Maintains a release repository and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists.Create and manage change tickets, implementation plan, rollback plans and artifacts for releases.Ensure all production deployments comply with IT security policies, engineering guidelines, and standards.Co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment plans and checklists.Prepare Weekly release reporting.Work on a flexible schedule PRB
