Sales Engineer - Water Treatment Location: East Rand Salary: R600 000 - R800 000CTC Description:Project Sales position exists within a stable engineering and technical solutions company based in the East Rand. The incumbent will be responsible for the marketing and sales of the full range of the equipment (Solutions) to wide range of customers. Customers range from intermediaries to end-users.  ResponsibilitiesResponsible for representation of the product to customers.Able to respond to functional and technical elementsAble to convey customer requirements to Product Management teamsAble to effectively manage and handle cold callingAble to effectively manage his or her sales cycle and the ability to turn quotes into ordersMinimum RequirementsThe Technical Sales Representative must have a background in water treatment, encompassing chemical dosing, measurement, and control instrumentation as well as water treatment solution with the likes of UV, RO etc (Further product training is provided for a year)The Technical Sales Representative must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.Must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in the water treatment industry, however, candidates from related industries will be considered.Must possess strong presentation skills roaches.Technical qualification like Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation, Analytical Chemistry
