Our highly skilled team is dedicated to keeping facilities operating efficiently, providing a wide range of services tailored to meet all requirements.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Soft Services Supervisor at Holford FM in Riyadh. The Soft Services Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks related to customer satisfaction, customer service, training, and communication. They will oversee the performance of soft services such as cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and waste management, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to established standards.QualificationsOversee daily operations of soft services, ensuring high-quality service delivery.Manage and supervise a team of service staff, providing training and support.Monitor service contracts and liaise with vendors for optimal performance.Implement and maintain health and safety standards.Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies.Address and resolve service-related issues promptly and effectively.Prepare reports and maintain documentation for management review.Join us to lead our team in delivering exceptional soft services and enhance our workplace environment!
