Role Description Thisis a full-time on-site role for a Cold Steel Construction Supervisor.The Cold Steel Construction Supervisor will be responsible for sitesupervision, communication with contractors, inspection of constructionprocesses, and ensuring construction safety. The Cold Steel ConstructionSupervisor will oversee the construction project to ensure that it iscompleted on time, within budget, and meets quality standards. Qualifications Supervisory Skills, Site Supervision, and Communication Skills Experience in Inspection and ensuring Construction Safety Ability to manage time and handle multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Experience in construction project management Knowledge of local regulations and building codes Experience with software such as AutoCAD, MS Word, and Excel is a plus Customer RelationshipPersonal EvolutionAutonomyAdministrative WorkTechnical ExpertiseResponsibilitiesLead the entire construction cycleAchieve monthly operation objectivesQualify the customer needsNegotiate and contractMaster demos of our projectsMust HaveBachelor Degree or HigherPassion for construction solutionsHighly creative and autonomousValid work permit for Saudi ArabiaNice to haveExperience in previous jobs in cold steel constructionAdditional languagesStrong analytical skillsWhat's great in the job?Great team of smart people, in a friendly and open cultureNo dumb managers, no stupid tools to use, no rigid working hoursNo waste of time in enterprise processes, real responsibilities and autonomyExpand your knowledge of various business industriesCreate content that will help our users on a daily basisReal responsibilities and challenges in a fast evolving companyEach employee has a chance to see the impact of his work.You can make a real contribution to the success of the company.Several activities are often organized all over the year, such as weeklysports sessions, team building events, monthly drink, and much moreA full-time positionAttractive salary package.Trainings12 days / year, including6 of your choice.Sport ActivityPlay any sport with colleagues,the bill is covered.
