Responsibilities:

Provide general user support

Provide support to the IT systems administrator to Install, configure, and manage Windows, Linux, and Mac desktops and servers, mobile device management as well as network infrastructure

Keep the asset register , purchase management and support of all office IT infrastructure up to date

Managing user accounts and access control

Assist with network administration (e.g. Firewalls, Switches, Wi-Fi)

Create and maintain technical documentation for users and IT staff.

Efficiently perform ad hoc task as directed

Requirements:

IT Diploma or similar

Some relevant work experience will be an added advantage

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

should be able to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues, using a variety of resources such as online documentation, knowledge bases, and their own expertise.

Gives attention to detail and follows instructions.

Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner.

Establishes goals and works toward achievement.
