Trade & Marketing Manager - Beverage Industry

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a Trade & Marketing Manager to join our client in the Beverage Industry. As the Trade & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and trade programs to increase sales and brand awareness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, analyze consumer behavior, and develop innovative marketing campaigns. Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and brand growth Identify market trends and consumer insights to develop targeted marketing campaigns Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement trade programs Analyze sales data and market research to evaluate campaign effectiveness Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effectiveness of marketing activities Monitor competitor activity and adjust marketing strategies accordingly Oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives across various channels Manage relationships with key stakeholders and external agencies Provide guidance and support to the marketing team Requirements Proven experience as a Trade & Marketing Manager in the Beverage Industry Strong understanding of the beverage market and trade channels Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies Knowledge of market research and consumer behavior analysis Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field BenefitsRPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
