SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER Job Summary:We seek a talented and experienced Social Media Manager for JADE BY ASHIMA to lead our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the marketing team, supporting teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and budget.Key Responsibilities:- *Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:* - Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. - Design, build, and maintain our social media presence. - Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).- *Content Creation and Management:* - Create and manage high-quality content for the company's website, blog, social media, and other digital channels. - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.- *Market Analysis and Strategy Development:* - Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.- *Team Leadership:* - Lead and manage the digital marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. - Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment on goals.- *Budget Management:* - Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate/invest funds wisely. - Track and report on digital marketing expenditures. Qualifications:- *Education:* - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.- *Experience:* - Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the fashion industry. - Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns. - Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.- *Skills:* - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.- *Technical Proficiency:* - Proficient in marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google AdWords). - Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
