Overall purpose of the Job : Head the Delivery of Automation Program (Development & Support) in HDFC Life.Key Performance Areas: Identify new technologies emerging in market that meet HDFC Life requirement Identifying right vendors who meet our requirements Benchmarking competition & non-competition markets to identify new trends that can be replicated in HDFC Life Program managed large engagement Technically sound and skills to handle difficult situations Should be able to lead large, complex and high impact strategic projects Should have lead a team of 10+ team members Basic to Intermediate knowledge of AWS deployments AWS Based BOT Troubleshooting knowledge Basic Network knowledge to go through day to day BOT requirements Expert knowledge in designing optimum solution through BOTs to ensure simplest design, optimum runtime, crisp communication in cases of exception etc. Working knowledge of BOTs either through Ui Path, Automation Anywhere etc. or scripts through Java,.Net, Python etc. Define & Track process metrics (measure of success parameters for the project) for the RPA program team Ensure Regular Performance & Progress Review & Regular feedback/Reporting to Digital Organization team on progress Facilitating technological solutions to the problems/situations coming up/arising during development phase Create a timeline for project implementation in consultation with the vendor while keeping the business requirements in mind & ensure adherence of the same. Work closely with Change Management Team to facilitate changes arising out of the various ideation initiatives. Head the production support team Liaise with Business & Vendor for Identifying the gaps & issue resolution in cases of escalations Adherence to issue resolution agreed SLAs Liaison with Infra, Admin & Business SME to provide necessary support to vendor for PoC, support, Administrative management, etc (contract, billing etc.) Continuous Improvement - Identify areas for support automations & implement them Coordinate with Vendors, Business & Auditors for any Audits Lead governance around support areas with Vendor Personal Attributes:Leadership Skills Willing to roll up the sleeves and sit with the team Out of Box Thinker Problem Solving Skills Communication Skills Presentation Skills Analytical Skills Stakeholder Management Team Management PRB
