Dear Connections,We hiring for our Top Banking Financial Services and Insurance Gaint for Architecture Governance PMExp: 8-12yrsLocation: Hyderabad, 32LPosition Requirements8-12 years' experience in Technology Architecture Landscape and understanding of various Architecture layers.Degree in Engineering or Compute Science or equivalent.Broad know-how of IT (Integration, Infrastructure, Applications)Familiarity with IT Service Management toolsets such as ServiceNow and APM.Experience working with large multi-cultural teams spread across regions.A demonstrable track record of working with senior IT leaders and Technology leads.Experience with Organizational Change Management.Demonstrated experience producing programmatic deliverables.Demonstrated experience with facets of personnel management.Demonstrated experience in leading change, with track record of identifying and implementing opportunities to improve Building Permit processes.Ability to create support and buy-in across a wide range of stakeholders; create a strong network of relationships among peers, internal partners, external partners, and decision makers.Promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries; willing to break down functional silos to optimize business results and to facilitate the overall organization.Experience in working with a large geographically diverse matrix organization and senior leadership team.Ability to operate effectively in a large global organization.Experience of developing and implementing policy/procedural change.Proven experience in dealing with sensitive performance and personal matters in a diplomatic and effective manner.Strong organizational, operational planning, management, and business skills.
