Senior Safety Consultant

Hello Everyone,We are seeking a highly experienced & proactive Freelance Senior Safety Consultant to join our team and support our clients in enhancing safety leadership and culture within their organization. The resource will play a pivotal role in providing project leadership, strategy development, and coordination with client management. Key expertise required:1.     Safety Leadership and Culture:· Conduct safety culture assessments and provide guidance to clients on fostering a strong safety culture.· Deliver training sessions and workshops on safety leadership, behavioural based safety, hazard identification, and intervention techniques.· Develop strategies to promote trust, transparency, and safe behaviors within client organizations.· Collaborate with client leadership to develop and implement safety initiatives tailored to their specific needs.2.     Contractor Safety Management (CSM):· Lead the development and implementation of effective Contractor Safety Management (CSM) systems for the client organization.· Design CSM processes to manage complex construction projects involving various contractors.The project is in Namibia for a duration of 06 months. Resources having Mining & Construction experience are the best fit for this role. Must for consideration: Proven expertise in Sustainable Safety Culture / Behaviour Based Safety System Implementation in large organization.
