Welcome to the relentless pursuit of better!Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Internal Audit | SOX In this role, you will be responsible for leading large projects encompassing internal audit reviews, enterprise risk assessments, operational process reviews, SOX s404 documentation and control testing, evaluating internal controls, reliability of financial reporting, compliance with applicable laws and regulations and effectiveness and efficiency of operations including cost management.Locations open - Gurugram, Noida Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Jaipur, KolkataIndustry: Insurance (Any insurance i.e General, life , broker, re-insurance , health insurance etc) OR Consulting (managing Insurance client).Responsibilities -Play a key role in leading a small team in assignments including developing project plans, allocating resources, and leading staff members.Experience in leading/handling SOX and Audit engagements. Ability to craft and assess processes and controls and drive improvements.Experience in service delivery, team handling, work with all levels of staff, and supervision of team members.Good analytical and interpersonal skills .Good understanding of technology platforms and risk management practices.Ability to address queries on SOX and audit issues.Preferred experience working in international client-facing roles on SOX and Audit engagements.Qualifications we seek in you!
