Currently consisting of 8 members, the team is projected to expand to 15 professionals by 2024, enabling them to cater to clients across the globe. Comprised of experienced performance testers and QA specialists, they utilize their extensive knowledge to optimize active products with extensions performance according to customer defined SLA. With their global presence and unwavering commitment to excellence, the team provides personalized support and fosters success for clients in the fiercely competitive market.What You Will DoLead and mentor a team of performance testers to ensure the highest standards of performance testing and analysis.develop, and execute comprehensive performance test strategies for complex systems and applications.performance profiling and tuning to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.with cross-functional teams to understand performance requirements and define performance KPIs.and maintain performance testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies.performance reports and present findings to key stakeholders, recommending performance improvements and optimizations.updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in performance engineering.continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance testing processes and methodologies.Act as a subject matter expert on performance engineering best practices and Methodologies.What You Will NeedBE/BTech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 10+ years of experience in performance engineering, with at least (3-4) years in a lead role.Strong proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.Expertise in performance profiling and tuning of Java microservices Applications, APIs, and databases.Must have Automation experience using Jenkins and Shell-Scripting.Good understanding of Kubernetes and containerization conceptsExperienced with improving Database Performance - MySQL/MongoDB/CassandraSolid understanding of performance monitoring tools and techniques. Tools like Grafana Monitoring and DashboardsExperienced working with Cloud Infrastructure - GCP PreferablyLean / Agile attitudeProactive and results-orientedStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proven track record of driving performance optimization initiatives and delivering measurable results.
