The Senior Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of retail sales, ensuring excellent customer service and experience. They will be involved in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and team leadership.Job Description- Build retail sales channel for Ovenfresh for bakery products in Chennai and other cities in South India through a network of distributors - Achieve Annual and Quarterly sales and profitability targets for the channel - Build sales on the quick commerce / e-commerce platforms (Zepto/Instamart/Big Basket)- Build sales through Modern Trade stores and large supermarket chains- Lead a team of Sales and Collections Associates - Ensure timely collections of paymentsQualificationsRetail Sales and Sales skillsStrong communication and customer service skillsExperience in providing excellent customer experienceAbility to lead and manage a teamHighly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented PRB
