AGM - Solar Installation Project Head

AGM - Solar Installation will be responsible to manage all aspects of Solar project and related activities execution including State Wise Projects Execution, Installer Identification, Appointment, Agreement, Survey, billing plan and sharing with Billing team, Material follow-up from Purchase/Plant/Inter plant/Branches, material dispatch, Installation, Service Sheet, Bill Process, payment request process, etc. To establish, manage and monitor standards, processes, communications, and systems to ensure all responsibilities associated with smooth execution of Solar Projects within Shakti Group are adhered to.***Mandatory Exposure required for working on multi state large solar rooftop/pump installation, erection and commissioning projects management on a leading role. Job Responsibilities -Responsible to distribute the Maharashtra Project equally and all other states projects work management as per the assigned target by the companyInstaller Identification, appointment and agreement by taking the security deposit/Bank guaranteeEnsuring Volume based district work allotment as per the Policy/SOPSurvey Execution with proper seal sign and handover to sales department as per SOPPump allotment and Billing plan sharing with Billing team for further material dispatch as per the billingCoordination for Timely installation and billing collection and Bill passingMaintaining service sheet recordPayment request process managementEffective reporting and MIS managementMaintaining State, District, Project & Installer project lot wise survey report with current status (Done/Not Done)Coordination for Installer DREO visit and formalities for seal sign & documents handover to Sales team as per SOPDomestic/Industrial training and installer requirement fulfillmentMaterial follow-up from Purchase team, Plant, Inter Plant and BranchesOverall responsibility of Pump PenaltyQualification - Graduate/BE/B.Tech. + MBA (Added Advantage)Experience - 10-15 YearsSoftware/Technical Skills - Microsoft Office, SAPMeasurable Deliverables -State Wise Projects work Execution as per Target assignedInstaller Identification, Appointment, AgreementSurvey, billing plan and sharing with Billing teamMaterial follow-up from Purchase/Plant/Inter plant/BranchesMaterial dispatch, Installation, Service SheetBill Process, payment request processProject Status/MIS State Wise, District Wise, Installer Wise, Lot Wise: As per defined Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly frequency PRB
