Hardware Design:Design and develop electronic circuits and systems for IoT devices, from concept to production-ready designs.Utilize CAD tools for schematic capture, PCB layout, and design validation.Knowledge of Electronic components and selection Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, and regulatory requirements.2. Microcontroller Software Development:Develop embedded software/firmware for microcontroller-based systems, implementing control algorithms, device drivers, and communication protocols.Write clean, efficient code in languages such as C/C++ for real-time operation and IoT connectivity. Implement communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART) for device interaction and data exchange.Implement security measures and data encryption protocols for IoT device communication.3. Power Electronics:Design and optimize power supply circuits, DC-DC converters, and power management systems for IoT devices.Analyze power consumption profiles and optimize energy efficiency to extend battery life and reduce environmental impact.Ensure compliance with safety standards and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements.B) FOR SMART PRODUCTS DEVELOPMENT 4. IoT Products Development:Embedded Systems Development: Proficient in microcontroller/microprocessor programming and familiar with real-time operating systems (RTOS).Wireless Communication Protocols: Experienced with IoT protocols such as MQTT, CoAP, HTTP, WebSocket, and wireless technologies like Wi-Fi, BLE, Zigbee, LoRa, and cellular (e.g., LTE-M, NB-IoT).Sensor Integration and Data Acquisition: Skilled in integrating various sensors for IoT applications and knowledgeable about analog and digital signal processing techniques.Cloud Connectivity and IoT Platforms: Proficient in integrating IoT devices with cloud platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub, Google Cloud IoT, IBM Watson IoT) and understanding IoT protocols for data transmission.Security and Privacy: Knowledgeable about IoT security best practices, encryption, authentication, and access control mechanisms for protecting IoT systems from cyber threats.Data Analytics and Visualization: Capable of analyzing IoT data using techniques like machine learning, data mining, and statistical analysis, with proficiency in data visualization libraries and frameworks.5. Documentation and Quality Assurance:Prepare comprehensive documentation including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.Perform thorough testing and validation of electronic systems and components, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements/ certification, and best practices in electronics design and manufacturing.6. Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.Proven experience in hardware design, microcontroller programming, and power electronics, preferably in IoT or embedded systems.Proficiency in CAD tools for schematic capture and PCB layout (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle).Strong programming skills in C/C++ for embedded systems development.Experience with communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, HTTP) and wireless technologies (e.g., Wi-Fi, Bluetooth).Knowledge of power supply design, DC-DC converters, and energy management techniques.For SMART PRODUCTS DEVELOPMENTFamiliarity with IoT platforms, cloud services, and data analytics tools is a plus.Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
