Process Leader - US Mortgage Loan Portfolio Control and Accounting FinacPlus provides virtual business process services to various types of overseas clients and this position is to be part of the team which provides Loan Portfolio Control and Accounting support to a Real Estate Lender from the US Mortgage Finance industry. RESPONSIBILITIES and Working on Mortgage Loan Portfolio Control Reports and Accounting support.the team, assigning tasks, performance management and process improvements.various loan portfolio analytics on accuracy and completenessof remittance and other reports for completeness and accuracyvarious system to source reconciliationssolving inconsistent data between systems and cash and other transaction activity.custom reports to monitor transaction activities.tracking logs for breaks in system / reporting / reconciliation and liaising with internal and external contacts to resolveperformance metrics on 3rd party service providers for SLAs (predominantly mortgage loan servicers) and monitoring / managing performancerisks of error and implementing new controls and processes to mitigate risks of error.record of building new processes and procedures related to reporting and reconciliation.to lead a new project, develop a project plan and blueprint, and build a team and process from the ground-up to meet the overall project objectives.written and verbal communication skills, specifically in terms of issues management and project managementto work and also lead the team.to take complete responsibility on the Team deliverables.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE8 years of experience in US Mortgage Loan Servicing, Loan accounting, Treasury and Bank Reconciliation areasExcel Skills like Pivot Tables, vlookups, hlookups, macros, etc.,oral and written communication skills, including presentations to senior management.degree in finance or accounting or CMA or CA or similar qualification.estate, mortgage banking, or asset management industry experience preferred.Packages like Quick Books and NetSuite experience preferred.SKILLS • Strong Finance and Accounting skills, application of financial policies of the company. • Compliance with US Legal Regulatory Requirements related to client's mortgage business • Customer accounts reconciliation and Reporting, Implementation of strong Accounting Controls • Advanced Excel customization skills, Report envisaging and presentation skills LOCATION: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad,TIMINGS: IST 3:30pm to 12:30amSALARY RANGE: Best in Industry SEND APPLICATION TO: resume@finacplus.com PRB
