Our teams of optimists, entrepreneurs and first-movers coalesce around the needs of our clients, unlocking unique possibilities for sustainable value and lasting change.Learn more at:Role Summary:Job title: Senior Manager - Paid MediaService Line & Business: iProspect - Dentsu MediaExperience: 3-5 yrs of relevant experienceLocation: Worli, MumbaiIn pursuit of this, we seek to hire a talented "Paid Media - Senior Manager" with atleast 3-5 yrs of relevant experience with strong technical knowledge base to manager & deliver the best paid digital media campaigns to our clients.Job description:Responsibilities:Maintain day-to-day client contact for SEM Campaign executionDevelop best in class strategies and management of all Paid Media activity on assigned clients, to manage and develop the team and serve as a point of escalation as needed.Works closely with Head of Paid Media, develops and evangelizes overall strategy and approach to the channel Ensures best practice and innovation in all Paid Media activities Manages and maintains client relationships and is the main point of escalation for client issues Typically works on multiple, large or complex clients and develops overall strategy and goals for the team Manages and develops direct reports and is accountable for complete team development Conducts forecasting for annual and monthly budgets and is responsible for growing account profitabilityContributes to new business development when requiredResponsible for understanding client goals and agency deliverablesResponsible for contributing ideas to grow the clients businessDevelops comprehensive agendas for weekly client planning/status meetingsFormat and prepare weekly search reports for clients.
