We are always looking for people with a sense of ownership, ability to collaborate, create, innovate, and value the importance of humility.Role Summary: The Associate Brand Manager will be a part of My11Circle's Brand team and will play a crucial role in creating digital creative assets for all marketing communication mediums inside app to engage/retain/migrate existing players and other external touchpoints for acquiring new players.As a brand custodian at Games24x7, you will be responsible for designing high-quality and best-in-class digital assets. The ideal candidate for this role should be detail-oriented with exceptional creative skills, and demonstrate a high level of ownership.Key Responsibilities:Associate Brand Manager will work with the Brand Manager to comprehend the target audience and consumer insights to create digital communication assets used for Player Retention and Migration.product marketing in-app assets to Migrate and Retain players of different cohorts, as curated by the user growth teamclosely with the in-house graphic design team and external partners to produce digital assets that are interactive and engaging while ensuring that all advertising guidelines are followed.engaging content that communicates the brand's essence and resonates with the target audience.with cross-functional teams regularly to ensure that consistent design and communications are followed across all brand touchpoints.Brand Associate Manager will also assist the Brand Manager in new partnerships, onboarding new vendors, and managing external partners.and capitalize on opportunities with respect to new content categories and formats on the basis of performance-based hypotheses and observationsa high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all brand-related collateralsSkills and Requirements: with experience of 2-4 years in brand management or marketing roles or account management roles at an advertising agency; preferably with in-app marketing and cross monetization campaign experience.visual and content conceptualization skills with an attention to detailto be independent and juggle different types of projects with varied timelines.understanding of design, copy, and web practicesin analytics, data-driven experimentation and problem-solvinginterpersonal and communication skillsknowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models PRB
