Sr. Associate HR & Admin: -Qualification: - Graduate/ Post GraduateExperience: - 3 to 5 YearsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentLocation:- Baner Pune near Balewadi Phata Skills: -  Should be fluent in written & verbal communication, well-versed with HR & Admin related all the functions including payroll & related compliances, recruitments, trainings etc.Prepare and maintain Employment file.Conducting Induction and Training program for newly joined employee and making them accustom with organization structure, HR policies, organization culture and its code of conduct.To conduct quarterly Reward and Recognition activities for all employees in the office.To conduct the employee engagement activities for all employees in the office.To keep updated leave cards and to provide employee wise monthly attendance and all other payroll inputs to payroll Dept for salary processing.Responsible for handling employee grievances.Responsible for handling exit compliances like full and final, provident fund and gratuity settlements for all left employee.To prepare and send the monthly attendance and payroll inputs like addition and deduction list etc. to the payroll team.Managing Biometric attendance system independently.Handling grievances and queries related to AttendanceTo registration of new employees PF, ESICPreparing Training Calendar and updating it on monthly basis and communicating and coordinating with the line managers for training programs for ParticipantsUpdating of database of employee attendance through software,Statutory and CTC updated in software For new joiners, Update monthly leave records, Solve the miss punch every month, Full And Final Settlement for Exit Employees. Coordinating, Salary account opening activity. PRB
