Excellent skills in training design, including training materials, using sound Instructional design principles.Perform quality reviews on eLearning content created by vendor agencies Work with various domain SMEs to understand domain inputs and get base content created according to your training designEvaluate trainer profiles for a variety of training programs and select high-quality trainers.Mode of working (Hybrid/ virtual) - HybridMode of hiring - Full-time Retainer.Also, any particular tool they want to have an experience into (Apart from Articulate, Captivate) - High-end skills with Powerpoint and LMS; exposure to ArticulateWork Location - Mumbai.Remuneration - INR 70-75K per monthGood Experience in working on the BFSI Content PRB
