Business Transformation Specialist Exp :0-2 years onlyMust have a Management degree in Business Marketing or related field from a Premier Institute/College. Role Description: Manage the "Reinforce Value Proposition" strategic pillar of The AES Group's Elevate 2028, from ideation to operations, to ensure business value is continuously and consistently delivered across all related programs. Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and confirm programs for assigned strategic pillar(s) Maintain ongoing communication to update stakeholders on program status, progress, issues, and risks. Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of all programs within the assigned strategic pillar(s). Monitor and report on program performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed. Program Development and Roll-out. Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to inform design of confirmed programs for assigned strategic pillar(s) Develop and refine confirmed programs to ensure Elevate 2028 alignment and to continuously improve them. Plan and execute pilot tests for new programs to assess feasibility and effectiveness. Create comprehensive rollout plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and integration of new programs. Change Management Develop and implement change management plans to facilitate adoption. Provide training, support, and resources to relevant stakeholders during program roll-out and transition. Talent Management Use Social Media Platforms to showcase company culture through photos, videos, and Employee testimonials. , Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook are great platforms to promote company culture and attract potential candidates.Create a cultural section on the company website where you can highlight core values, vision, and mission statements. Include videos, photos to showcase that team in action, and feature employee testimonials to provide authentic insight into what it's like to work in your company.Participate in Industry events or job fairs to connect with potential candidates/clients to show case company culture. Use Interactive displays to represent the company core values and vision.Performance Goals Program Success Rate - achieve a high success rate for confirmed programs, measured by the completion of both program pilots and implementation on time and within budget. Process Improvement - Demonstrate measurable improvements in key business processes because of program pilot and implementation.
