The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain operations, ensuring the seamless flow of materials from suppliers to production, and ultimately to our customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Responsibilities:Oversee Supply Chain Operations: Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.Inventory Optimization: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and implement strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.Collaboration: Work closely with the production, product development, and sales teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations.Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key supply chain performance metrics (KPIs), analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to streamline processes, enhance supply chain efficiency, and drive innovation.Compliance: Ensure supply chain operations comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.Technology Integration: Leverage advanced supply chain management tools and technologies to enhance visibility, coordination, and decision-making.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Proven experience of 5+ years in supply chain management, with a track record of optimizing supply chain processes and driving efficiency improvements.Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, procurement, and inventory management.Experience with supply chain management software and tools for planning, execution, and monitoring.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
