Our mission is to revolutionize the e-commerce virtual showroom market, empowering retailers of all sizes to own their unique virtual space.Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales and custom services, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. This role requires close collaboration with the product team to relay market feedback and drive continuous product improvement.Key Responsibilities· Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities for custom virtual showroom services and our existing SaaS solutions.· Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.· Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.· Product Feedback: Work closely with the product team to communicate market feedback and insights, contributing to product enhancements and new feature development.· Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.· Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Head of Sales, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.· Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to position Metadrob as a leader in the virtual showroom market.· Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and other internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition and retention.Qualifications· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on SaaS and custom services. Experience in e-commerce or virtual/3D technology is a plus.· Track Record: Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing revenue streams.· Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
