Activity indicators measurementDefinition of the preventive actions to improve the service qualityGuarantee the availability, the security and the performance expectedPrevent the dysfunctions by a good anticipation of the risks and a good analysis of the logs of the overseen technical elements with support of peers and HQFollow-up and analysis of the global system performances (specially databases)Second level processing of incidents or anomalies.Participate to the optimization of security by permanently adapting global IT policy to local constraintsParticipate to the evaluation and follow up of project cost allocated for ERP projectsWhat's requiredPreferred Engineer/diploma in computers & Information Systems management15-18+ years of relevant experiences (Minimum 12 + years in ERP-Infor LN)Infor LN functional skills (Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Finance, Quality etc.)Infor LN - Technical skills -Basic knowhow (Customization, Specific developments, Reports, Administration)Experience in Leading Infor LN Projects like Implementation, Support, Upgrade, Roll oGood problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutionsStrong analytical skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously PRB
