Trust and Policy Expert- Manager

Responsibilities:Research and analyze emerging trends and risks in social media, LLM & Gen AI, and gaming industries.Stay up to date on relevant laws and regulations and advise clients on compliance strategies.Draft and refine comprehensive Trust & Safety policies aligned with client needs and best practices.Collaborate with clients to ensure policies are user-friendly, enforceable, and culturally appropriate.Identify gaps and inconsistencies in existing client policies.Conduct regular policy reviews and recommend updates to address evolving risks and user needs.Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients on policy implementation and interpretation.Develop and deliver training materials for client teams on Trust & Safety policies and procedures.Conduct research and contribute to the development of thought leadership content.Participate in industry events and conferences to network and share expertise.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in law (Paralegal), public policy, cyber law or cyber forensic, or a related field. Or Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and implementing Trust & Safety policies for online platforms.Proven experience working with clients in the social media, LLM & Gen AI, or gaming industries.Thorough understanding of Trust & safety policies addressing current and emerging online threats, including but not limited to online harm, fraud, child safety, terrorism, etc.Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to identify trends and draw insights from data.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal and technical concepts into clear and concise language.
