Job Description We are seeking an experienced professional with strong consultative skills who canswiftly guide potential customers through a decision-making process towards the suitable program. The primary focus will be on consultative selling and not resorting to high-pressure sales tactics. Key Responsibilities:1. Counselling/advising potential learners, helping them plan their career path and making them understand how Edgewood College can catalyze their careergoals.2. Carrying monthly enrollment target.3. Owning the complete enrollment closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making phone calls, product demonstration on video calls, closing the enrollment, and post sales relationship management for referrals.4. Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and providing constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.What are we looking at:1. Individual with outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.2. Experience in international sales (EdTech sales would be an advantage).3. Individuals with the ability to understand the culture of North America and understand the buying trends of this continent to drive the conversations in the right manner.4. Great listeners, problem-solvers and resilient individuals who can bond with our potential learners. Individuals with the ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.5. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and providing relevant information to encourage interest.6. Individuals who take a disciplined approach towards building funnel,tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks and overachieving targets and deadlines.7. Passion to always deliver the highest levels of customer service.8. Last but not least, have a continuous learning mindset!Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, tech fields or marketing. A master's degree is a plus.- Proven experience (5 years) in sales field- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.- Knowledge of international sales processes, global market dynamics, and cultural considerations.- Familiarity with sales forecasting methodologies and pipeline management.- Proactive attitude with a strong drive for continuous improvement and a results-oriented mindset.6 Days Working (2 Alternate Saturdays off)Shift timing - 6PM to 3AM PRB
