The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually stunning designs.Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectivesDesign and create user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendlyDevelop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideasConduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designsCreate graphic elements such as icons, illustrations, and infographics to enhance visual storytellingMaintain brand consistency across all digital platformsStay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologiesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or related fieldMinimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX and graphic designProficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalentStrong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and graphic design workExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesExperience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plusKnowledge of accessibility standards and best practices is a plusSalary:CTC: INR 3,00,000 to 4,00,000 per annumHow to Apply:If you are passionate about creating beautiful and functional designs that delight users, we would love to hear from you!
