Manager - SAAS Application Support Operations

1: Be a part of the initial team to define and setup a best-in-class Digital platform for the Enterprise Handle core ITIL functions such as Incident Management, Change Management and Application Monitoring adhering to processes built with a strong customer focus and 100% Application uptime, under heavy load conditions in 24X7 SaaS Environment as per SLA. 2: Guide support team members on automated, robust, scalable SaaS application software deployments, maintenance, troubleshooting and issue escalations. 3: Strong written communication and verbal communication skill with aptitude towards technical visualizations, features and workflow documentation, including SOPs, flow diagrams, end user documentation and knowledgebase creation. 4: Demonstrate a powerful sense of customer service, teamwork, work ethic and positivity. Ability to work SMART under extreme pressure with very little or no supervision. CTQ 1 - 0 to14 years of experience as technical Support Manager in commercial web application and Ecommerce Applications. Experience in supporting applications on Cloud Platforms, with Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS services such as service fabric, stream analytics, and power BI.
