Job Title: Power Electronics EngineerExperience: 10+ yearsMust Skills: Mentioned belowLocation: BangaloreTimings: General shift(9am-6pm)Notice period: Immediate to 60days.Role: Power Electronics EngineerResponsibility: Design & develop reliable, cost effective, customized Power Electronics systems designs like Power supply design (Isolated and Non-Isolated), Obsolescence redesign for Aerospace products to meet the customer requirements as well as governing regulatory standards (DO-160, DO-254, MIL-STD, etc.).Qualifications: BE / B Tech / M Tech in Electrical engineering or Electronics & Communication or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant experience.Location: BangaloreTechnical Skills and Competencies:skills in Discrete Power supply design for Power Electronic boards, Strong fundamentals in Power Electronics especially in Isolated and Non isolated DC-DC Converters, Power Supply designselectronic simulation and design software (Cadence, Allegro, ANSYS, LTSpice).with DC - DC converter converters topologies (buck, boost-Flyback, Forward, Push-Pull, Half bridge & Full bridge Converters).Interference (EMI) Analysis experience. Good understanding of grounding and shielding concepts, Chassis design.and Development of Power Transformers and Inductors for Power Converters.Testing and verification.with Power Input EMI Filter Design techniques for DO 160 requirements.Selection, Schematic Capture and providing design guidelines for PCB routing and verification of component placement and Gerber files.knowledge of regulation loops, stability, rejection, efficiency, etc…with Protection Circuits like Over Voltage, Over Current, Temperature Monitoring, Lightning Protection, Inrush Protection, Reverse Polarity.to have hands on experience in design robustness analyzes (Worst Case analysis, Failure Mode and effect analysis, Part stress analysis).to have a hands-on experience in Power Integrity Simulationhave experience of working with multi-disciplinary team (For effective design for power supply, understanding Load requirements, PCB layout team, Mechanical team, and suppliers)have general understanding of Engineering Development lifecycles including design, development, testing, verification, and validation phases.Embedded Hardware knowledge of is Plus.procedures definition and executionor aeronautics constraints (DO160, DO254) is preferable.Knowledge of UL/ CE / ISO26262 certification is preferable.MUST Skills:Knowledge in DO-254, DO-160, ARP-4754Experience in HW design Life cycle activities :Requirements CaptureConceptual Design and Detailed Design -Digital HW Design using Microprocessor / Micro controller, Analog HW Design - DC/DC convertors, Filters etcPCB Design - Schematic entry, Netlist generation, Routing, DRC verification, Gerber generationHW components selection, Derating analysis, Timing analysisBoard level testing and Integration testingExperience in other tools - DOORS, Configuration Management tools like SVN/GitHub/BitBucket/Clearcase, JiraTeam management and providing technical guidance to the team membersCustomer managementPlease share your CVs to KK00822060@TechMahindra.com / HJ00828739@TechMahindra.comRegards,Sandeep/Harshita JainTech Mahindra PRB
