Principal Consultant/Senior Consultant - Business Consulting and ERP

What are we looking for? - Senior Consultants / Principal We are looking for smart, self-driven, high energy people with top notch communication skills, intellectual curiosity and passion for the Business Transformation management. Our consultants have a blend of technical and domain expertise in one or more areas of Life sciences, Retail and CPG, Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities domains with strong business consulting skills and excellent soft skills..What do we require? The candidate is expected to demonstrate excellent core competence and experience in a given Industry / Process domain and S/4 HANA/MS Dynamics 365 Implementation. The successful candidate shall possess: · Overall experience of 10-20 years (Role specific), with multiple years of consulting experience (preferably top-tier) in S/4 HANA/ MS Dynamics 365 Implementation with clients in Life sciences, Retail, Manufacturing or Energy verticals· Experience in industry and a proven track record of leading and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams · Must have experience and hands on experience on implementation of 2-3 S/4 HANA/MS Dynamics 365 modules· Experience of supporting complex programs in your work-streams, setting priorities, managing and monitoring schedules, developing relevant tools and templates· Experience and good exposure in handling Business Data(Master, Transaction data), along with mapping/transformation for the ERP implementations/migration · GRC - Security, authorization and Master data Grievances exposure will be recommended · Experience in developing proposals, client presentations, building tools and accelerators for S4/ HANA/MS Dynamics 365 projectsPMP/ACP/CSM / SAP certifications desirableExperience working with multinational clients, working across organizational levels, processes, and exposure to global best practices, and trends desired.· Appreciation and understanding of Disruptive digital technologiesExperience in Value realization/ Organization Change Management/ benefits tracking desirable What will you do? At Infosys Consulting, you will: Be responsible for the value delivery of the transformation initiatives our clients in the respective industry verticals.Depending upon role and experience, serve as a trusted business advisor to the client to Team member/ Leader / on S4 consulting engagements for clients.Be a part of large-scale projects through the full lifecycle working along with the various delivery teamsExecute consulting engagements in a global delivery model, working with consultants across regions- leading and being part of a team of high performing consultants.Detail out the transformation roadmap deliverables in terms of business blueprinting, requirements, solution architectures, program roadmaps, change management, etc.Contributing to the profile and reputation of Infosys Consulting through firm building, new capability and offering development initiatives, thought leadership, whitepapers· Lead client workshops to collaborate with client employees and educate them throughout the process.· Communicating complex concepts and solutions in a compelling and straightforward way, yet underpinned by a strong grasp of the detail · Participate in a variety of Firm building events and the consultant referral program.Where are we hiring?
