Performance Marketing Manager - Healthcare/Skincare - Upto 15 LPA

We are hiring for the role of Performance Marketing Specialist for a growing company in based out in Bangalore. 6 days working from office Key Responsibility: Plan and execute the digital marketing initiatives including SEM/SEO, marketing database, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Designing; building and executing campaigns on Facebook, Google and affiliate channels as per the plan. Creating optimized landing pages and user funnels with A/B and multivariate experiments Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests. Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).Managing budgets and finances for digital marketing initiatives for the organization. Qualifications :Experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and analysis Ability to identify and act on campaign optimization opportunities based on data-driven insights Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently Customer-centric and problem-solving mindset. Bachelor/ MBA/Postgraduate from a premium institute. Experience in a healthcare startup will be preferred PRB
