What You'll Do:Assisting Engineers with various tasks like design, construction, equipment installation, system configuration, maintenance, developing preventativemaintenance plans and providing customer support. You should also be able to troubleshoot systems, identify problems, and write up reports.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience: Three or more years in a Desktop and Field Support role.Language: Fluent in EnglishGrade 12A+ and N+ certifications (Please send copies of these certificates with your application)Basic knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer, Windows OS)Familiarity with LAN/WAN connectivityGood understanding of Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Network copiers, and NICsProficient in using Desktops, Laptops, Printers, and Fax machinesExperience with Backup systemsDeployment of new equipmentInfrastructure updatesReady to make an impact?
